At AZZURRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process for all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
